Christopher Johnson, O.D., received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at Nebraska Wesleyan University in Lincoln, NE. He then attended Midwestern University – Arizona College of Optometry where he received his Doctorate in Optometry. During his time at Midwestern he served as President of the Sports Vision Club, a member of SVOSH, and graduated with distinction as a member of the BSK Honor Society.
Dr. Johnson brings vast experience in primary eye care, ocular disease management, and post-operative surgical care. He is passionate about binocular vision disorders, amblyopia, keratoconus, and myopia control, with an emphasis on early detection and prevention. He is also proficient in fitting specialty contact lenses, including rigid gas permeable and scleral lenses.
In his free time Dr. Johnson enjoys watching sports, playing music and travelling with his wife Amie.
